「自分的には～しているつもりだけど」は英語で「For me, I'm intending to...」と言います。

また、「自分的にはちゃんと発音しているつもりなんだけど、あなたには違う風に聞こえるんだよね」と言いたいなら、そうすると「For me, I'm intending to pronounce it the way it's supposed to be done, but to you it sounds different, right?」になります。
