お風呂に入る　は take a bath　ですので
今は～がお風呂に入っているよ　　は
○○is taking a bath right now. などでOKです。

この場合、「空いてる？」への答えですので、
残念ながら という、unfortunately　などをつけるとさらに良いでしょう。
（Unfortunately, のほかに、I'm afraid　や　Ⅰ'm sorry, but　をつけてもよいですね）

なお　今　という短い間を表す言い方には
right now の他に
just now
at the moment
などがあります。
