"I'm not on stage very much and I have a lot of waiting time so it's boring."
"I'm not on stage very much" 「私は出番あまりない」・「出番が少なくて」
"I have a lot of waiting time" 「待ち時間たくさんあります」
"it's boring" 「つまらない」

"I'm only on stage a little bit and I have to wait a long time so it's pretty boring."
"I'm only on stage a little bit" 「私は出番少ししかない」
"I have to wait a long time" 「長く待たないといけない」
"pretty boring" 「とてもつまらない」

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。

ーI don't appear on stage that many times which means I have to wait for long intervals, it's super boring.
「私はあんまり出番がないから、（出番と出番の）合間に長い間待たなくてはいけなくてつまらない」
出番が少ないことは don't appear on stage that many times のように表現できます。

ーI don't actually go on stage that often which means I spend a lot of time waiting. It's not very exciting at all.
「あんまり出番がないから長い間待つことになって、全然おもしろくない」
出番が少ないことは don't actually go on stage that often のようにも表現できます。
