「夏も終わりに近づいて、ちょっと疲れが出てきた」
to start to feel a little fatigued「疲れを感じ始める」＝「疲れが出てくる」
ーI'm getting a little tired from all the summer heat.
「あの夏の暑さにちょっと疲れてきた」
to get a little tired from ... で「…にちょっと疲れてきた」
