私の予想では～って英語でなんて言うの？

"in my opinion ~" を使えます "In my opinion, in 10 years it will be like ~" 「私の意見には10年後に〜のようになっている」 "I think that ~" 「〜と思う」 "think" の代わりに "believe" も使えます。 "I think that in 10 years it will be like ~" 「私は10年後～～のようになっていると思います。」 "My prediction is that ~" 「私の予想は〜」 "My prediction is that in 10 years it will be like ~" 「私の予想では10年後～～のようになっていると思います。」

この場合 to expect や to anticipate のように動詞として使った方が、自然な感じになると思います。 ーI expect that sales tax will go up to 15% in 10 years. 「十年後に消費税が15%になっていると予期します」 ーI anticipate being able to retire 10 years from now. 「十年後に定年退職できると予想します」 ご参考まで！
