日程調整中の別件があるって英語でなんて言うの？

クライアントから面談依頼がありました。先方の面談希望日は別の面談も時間を調整中です。
「〇月×日は対応可能だが、別の面談も調整中なので、対応可能時間を提示できない。まず希望時間を提示してほしい。その後調整させてほしい」と言いたいです。
