「すぐにそっちに行きます」
ーI'll be over there shortly.
「まもなくそっちへ行きます」
ーI'll make my way there in a bit.
「もうすぐそっちへ行きます」
to make one's way でも「行く」と言えます。

おっしゃったように「I'll go to you. 」は全然大丈夫です。
「I'll head over to you.」や「I'll make my way to where you are.」を言う場合もあります。
ちなみに「I'll」は「I will」の短縮形です。
