I run out of towel. ではなく I ran out of towels. とすると良いですよ。 または次のようにも言えます。 ーWe don't have any more towels. 「もうタオルがない」 ーAll the towels are in the laundry. 「タオルは全部洗濯中」 in the laundry の代わりに in the wash とも言えます。 ご参考まで！
