ワインを冷やして欲しいって英語でなんて言うの？

レストランでオーダーしたボトルワインを飲んでみたところもう少し冷たい方がいいなと感じたのでボトルを冷やして欲しいとお願いする時にいうフレーズを知りたいです。

chill は「冷やす」という意味です。

It's a little warm. （少しぬるいんです。）
などと一言付け加えるといいでしょう。

Chillとは水や空気などがひんやりする状態です。形容詞だとChillyと言います、例えば「The wind is chilly tonight」（今夜は風邪が冷たいね）。

Could you bring a pail of ice to cool down this wine?＝このワインを少し冷やしたいので氷の入ったペールを持って来てもらえますか？

お店の感性やタイミングに任せるのが嫌な場合は氷の入ったペールを持って来てもらった方がいいと言う人もいるでしょう。パブなど砕けた飲み屋さんではpailと言うよりbucket of icce（バケツに氷を入れたもの）と言う表現も使ったりします。

An ice bucket or pail of ice is used to chill wine when at a a dining table.

Sometimes restaurants will store the wine in a cooler for you but if you want it cooled whilst at your table with your meal you can ask for a bucket of ice or pail of ice which you can put the wine bottle into to chill it whilst you eat.

Your wine is slightly chilled - but not nearly enough! You are slightly disappointed. You call ov er the waiter and say:
 \"Could you stick this wine in the freezer for a while please?\"
 Hopefully after fifteen minutes or so it will be a little more refreshing.
