一歩も家の外に出ない日もあるって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーSomedays I'm out of the house all day, but other days I don't leave the house at all.
「一日中外出している日もあれば、全く家の外に出ない日もある」
don't leave the house at all で「全く家を出ない」＝どこにも出かけないでずっと家にいることが言えます。

ーSometimes I leave the house in the morning and I'm gone all day, but I stay at home the whole day some other days.
「朝家を出て、一日中出かけてる時もあれば、一日中家にずっといる日もある」
to stay at home the whole day で「一日中家にいる」
