会社への帰属意識が高いor低いって英語でなんて言うの？

「低い」＝「weak」

この表現をそのままで訳してもいいです。このような状況では「strong」の代わりに「stronger」も言っても構いません。

ちなみに、「上の世代の人」＝「the older generation (of people)」と言います。「of people」があってもなくても大丈夫です。

例文：

The older generation has a strong sense of belonging to the company.
上の世代の人は会社への帰属意識が高い。
