“道は元通り？”って英語でなんて言うの？

①　"Have the roads been repaired?"＝「道路は直されましたか？」

②　"Are the roads back in order?"＝「道路は前のように戻りましたか？」

③　"Can we use those roads again?"＝「また道路は使えますか？」

"Have they finished their construction work?"＝「工事は終わっていますか？」

ご参考までに。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーIs that road alright again?
「あの道はもう大丈夫？」

ーIs the construction finished on the road by your house?
「あなたの家の近くの道路の工事は終わった？」
construction で「工事」

ーCan you take that road again?
「あの道もう通れる？」
to take that road で「あの道を通る・使う」
