「僕はマイペースな人間で、何かに熱中してしまうと、時間を忘れて、他の事ができなくなります。」と英語で書きたいのですが、この場合のマイペースはどう英語で書くのか知りたいです。

person who likes to go at their own pace を使って「マイペースな人」を表現できます。
to end up not doing ... で「最後には…をやらないで終わる」
