この表現を英語にすれば、直訳できると思います。この場合では、「I don't want to work, but not to the point of wanting to quit.」になります。「I don't like working, but not to the point of quitting.」を言うこともできます。この二つの表現を比べると、あまり違いはないです。ニュアンスと意味は一緒です。
