Do you need English in your job？ときかれまして、
「私の仕事は海外の企業と契約等を取り纏めていく仕事なので英語が必要とされます。」と返したかったのですが、どのように英語で説明できますか？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI put together contracts with companies from overseas, so I do need to use English at work quite regularly. 
「海外の企業の契約を取りまとめているので、職場ではよく英語を使う必要があります」
to put together contracts「契約を取りまとめる」
companies from overseas「海外の企業」
