それでもまだ〇〇するの？って英語でなんて言うの？

例えば、（危険な場所とわかっているのに）それでも行くのとか、（体に悪い食べ物と分かっているのに、）まだ食べるのという時には、なんといえばいいですか。
Do you still want to do it（go there, eat it）?

＝〇〇だと聞いたんだけどまだ行きたいの？

（例文）I heard it's gonna rain tonight but do you still wanna go?// Yeah.
（訳）今夜雨降ると聞いたんだけどまだ行きたいの？//うん。

ENさんの書いた通り「[Do you still](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/46538/) want to do it（go there, eat it）?」で問題ないですが、念のため、もう少しはっきりしましょう。
Do you still want to go there even if it's dangerous?
Do you still want to eat it even if it's bad for your health?
基本的に「even if it's...（～のに）」の部分も入れた方がいいかもしれません。

そして、別の言い方で「Are you sure you still want to....?」というパターンでも使えます。
・Are you sure you still want to go even though it's dangerous?
・Are you sure you still want to eat it even though it's bad for your health?
