この場合、「この[船](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33021/)はまだ全行程の半分も進んでいません」は英語で「This ship has not yet sailed halfway through its voyage. 」と言います。船なので、「voyage」は適切ですが、「journey」でも構いません。
3分の1の場合、「This ship has barely sailed one third of the way.」と言えます。
電車の場合「This train has not yet traveled halfway through its journey.」になります。電車なので、「voyage」という英単語が使えません。
