従業員に問題があるので改善って英語でなんて言うの？

「従業員に問題があるので改善」はそのまま英語で「I'll let the staff know of the problem so they can fix it」と言います。

また、「私はホテルの従業員に問題があることを連絡して、問題を改善して貰うようにお願いする。」と言いたいなら、「I'll contact the staff to let them know of the problem and will ask them to fix it.」になります。
