我慢せずエアコンを使うようにと言われてもエアコンが苦手って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーPeople are saying we should use our air conditioning, but I don't really like using AC so I don't use it.
「エアコンを使うようにと言うが、エアコンが苦手だからどうしようもない」
to use one's air conditioning で「エアコンを使う」
「エアコンが苦手だからどうしようもない」は、I don't really like using AC so I don't use it. のように言うと自然な感じで良いでしょう。
