出向するって英語でなんて言うの？

I am dispatched to XX company.
と
I am seconded to XX company.
とどちらが良いでしょうか？
そもそも出向は海外や英語ではなじみがない言葉や概念でしょうか？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

もしすでに出向している場合：
ーI've been sent to XX to lend them a hand for a few months.
「XX会社に数ヶ月出向しています」
to be sent to XX to lend them a hand で「XXに出向する」と言えます。

これから出向する場合：
ーI'm going to be loaned to XX for the next 6 months.
「6ヶ月間XX会社に出向する予定です」
to be loaned to XX で「XXに出向する」とも言えます。
