この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI can stay there as late as I want.
「私はそこにできるだけ遅くいることができる」＝「好きなだけ遅くまで居ることができる」

ーHe will keep the store open as long as I want.
「彼は（居酒屋の店長は）私が好きなだけ長く店を開けておいてくれる」

例：
The manager of the Izakaya is a good friend of mine, so I can stay there as late as I want.
「居酒屋の店長は仲の良い友達なので、私は好きなだけ遅くまで居ることができる」
