主人は不在につき、帰宅次第、本人から連絡させます。って英語でなんて言うの？

Since my husband is not here, I will have him contact you as soon as he gets back.
「〜なので」理由を伝える Since と、使役動詞「〜させる」Haveを使った表現です。

I'm sorry. My husband is not home right now, but I will tell him to call you back as soon as he gets home.
ちょっと長い表現ですが、簡単な文法のみを使った文になります。

I will tell my husband that you called so that he can call you back when he comes back.
日本語訳とはちょっと違うニュアンスを持っていますが、これでも十分、言おうとしていることを伝えることが出来ます。

ちなみに、「〜するために」So that の文法表現を使いました。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーMy husband is out at the moment, I'll have him call you as soon as he gets back home.
「夫は今不在なので、帰宅次第連絡させます」
to be out「不在にする」
to have someone XX「人にXXさせる」
as soon as で「…次第」
