以前ここにあったと思う書類が見当たりませんって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI can't find the document that was here before.
「前ここにあった書類が見当たりません」

ーThere was a document here before, but I don't see it anywhere now.
「前ここに書類があったんですが、もう見当たらないです」

「見当たらない」は直訳すると can't be found ですが、can't find ... や don't see などを使った方が自然な言い方になります。
