お子さんがお世話になっている先生にお礼を言いたい時は、「お世話になっている」という便利な日本語にあたる英語はないので具体的に何についてお礼が言いたいのかを明確にして伝えるのがいいと思います。
例文）
____ loves your lessons. Thank you so much!
「____は先生のレッスンが大好きなんですよ。ありがとうございます」
Thank you so much for your lessons with___. He (She) always enjoys your learning with you.
「子供へのレッスンありがとうございます。いつもレッスンを楽しんでおります」
日本語は「すみません」「ごめんなさい」と謝りの中に感謝を含むことがよくありますが、アメリカだったら、Thank youや I appreciateという感謝をそのまま言葉にします。自分を低くおいて無意味に謝ることはあまりしないですね。
あと、「集中できない」という言い方は
can’t concentrate on ~/ can’t focus on ~
例文）
I can’t concentrate on listening to what the teacher says.
「その先生の言っていることを聞くことに集中できない」
I can’t focus on reading this textbook.
「この教科書を読むのに集中できない」

very much と patiently にアクセントをおいて、気持ちをこめればきっと先生に親御さんの気持ちは伝わりますよ～。
patiently は熱心に、とか 我慢強とかどちらの意味でも使えます。
２つ目の分は少しだけあらたまった言い方です。
また来てくださいね、と言いたい時は
He loves your lesson. (先生のレッスンが大好きです。）
We are looking forward to your lesson.（先生のレッスンを楽しみにしてるんですよ）
こんな風にお伝えしてはどうでしょう？

I'm sorry my child/son/daughter has trouble paying attention.
Thank you for working so hard to teach my child/son/daughter.
直訳をすれば、Thank you for teaching so enthusiastically even though my child doesn't stay focused. のように言えますが、以上に挙げた表現のほうが英語としてより自然です。
英訳１：patientは「辛抱強い」の意味。ちなみに、名詞のpatientには「患者」という意味がありますよ。
英訳２：have trouble ...ing で、「…するのに苦労する」という意味を表します。
英訳３：work (so) hardで「一生懸命頑張る」という意味です。
To be patient and have patience is to show acceptance and tolerance in difficult situations without becoming annoyed or frustrated. These are the traits that the teacher is displaying, so we would say they are patient or showing patience.
Understanding, in this context, is to show sympathy and forgiveness. Again these are qualities the teacher is displaying so we can also thank them for this.
"To be patient" や "have patience"はいらいらしたり不満を抱くことなく困難な状況で寛容で忍耐強くいることです。その先生が示している特性で、彼らは忍耐強い、もしくは忍耐力を示しているでしょう。
"Understanding"はこの文章では、同情や寛大さを示しています。その先生が示している性格で、彼らに感謝していることを表しています。
If your teacher is being enthusiastic and making allowances so that your child may enjoy the lesson and progress well, then either of the example sentences would be appropriate.
The format 'Thanks for...' doing something, is an effective way of showing your appreciation.
Thank you for the calmness that you have towards my child.
Thank you for being so passive throughout the lesson with my child.

To be calm is to not get angry or upset and stay cool.
This is saying thank you for always being so calm when your child is not concentrating.

"calm"でいるという事は、怒らず冷静にしているという意味になります。
これは、子供が集中していない時でも冷静に対処してくれてありがとうございます、と伝えています。

（レッスン中、子供に辛抱強く付き合ってくれてありがとうございます）
"Passive"辛抱強い、我慢するという様な意味になります。
これは、レッスン中に子供に辛抱強く付き合ってくれてありがとうございます、と言う事を言い表しています。

The word 'patient' functions both as a noun and as an adjective. Here, it has been used as an adjective meaning to be tolerant with delays, problems or suffering. So, despite the child not concentrating on the lesson, the teacher may encourage him/her to focus on it in a persuasive way.
You may say to the teacher:
Thank you so much teacher for being patient with my child.
or
Thank you so much teacher for encouraging my child to focus on the lesson.
"Patient"という単語は、名詞及び形容詞として使います。ここでは、問題や苦難などに「耐える」という意味の形容詞として使っています。お子さんがレッスンに集中していなくても、先生はお子さんに説得力のある方法で集中するように促すかもしれません。
