「出向させる」には、secondを使うのがよいでしょう。secondにあまり良い印象を受けないのであれば（何となく上から[派遣](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/40172/)されているといったニュアンス）、assign（任ぜられている）も可能かなと思います。

と考えて、
