If you stay sweaty, you'll catch a cold.

You'll catch a cold if you don't dry off.
-
If you stay wet, you will catch a cold.

You'll catch a cold if you don't wipe off your sweat.
You'll catch a cold if you don't change your clothes.
You'll catch a cold if you don't wipe off your sweat.
You'll(you will)~ if you don't~
change your(one's) clothesは「着替える」で、wipe off your(one's) sweatは「汗を拭く」という意味です。
