Thanatophobia' is the term used to describe the fear of death/dying
A phobia is when you are frightened or scared of something it can be also called a 'fear'
thanatophobia'は、死の恐怖（fear of death/dying）を表す言葉です。
'phobia'は、何かを恐れていることを表す言葉で、'fear'とも言います。
If someone is anxious about dying we would say they are afraid of dying, or scared of dying. Being afraid and scared to die is completely natural but it is something that everyone must do at some point and come to terms with unfortunately. Because it is something that absolutely everyone will experience it is a very common fear amongst humans. Not wanting to die is similar to being in fear of it.
死ぬことについて不安に思っているのなら、"afraid of dying"（死を怖がる）または"scared of dying"（死を怖がる）が使えます。
死ぬことを恐れるのは自然なことです。ただ、これはいつか必ずすべての人が受け入れなければならないことです。死はすべての人が経験することなので、その不安も多くの人が感じています。
死にたくない気持ちは死を恐れる気持ちに似ています。
