という疑問形にしました。
Pamphletよりはbrochureの方が一般的によく使われています。
観光パンフレットは他の言い方としてtravel brochuresでも良いと思います。

In Japan, pamphlets/brochures written in English would definitely be available at most if not all tourist information spots. Ideally, these pamphlets/brochures should be displayed on a shelf so tourists can just pick whichever language they choose. However, sometimes they may not be displayed.
