「翻訳ありがとうございます」のカジュアルな場合ならThank you for translating this.は全然大丈夫ですが、念のためもっとフォーマルな表現を紹介します。

translatingを他の動詞に置き換えることで様々なシチュエーションで使えます。

例えば、Thank you for helping me.(あなたが私を助けてくれてありがとう)といった感謝の表現が可能です。

どちらとも同じ意味なので言いやすい方を使いましょう。
