①go out for fun=「外で遊ぶ」fun＝ただ楽しいだけの気持ち

for the first time in〜=〜ぶりで初めて＝「〜ぶりに」

②play in the house <・・・・＞play out of the house

「家の中で遊ぶ」・・・『家の外で遊ぶ」

その違いを表現するなら、②が良いかも知れません。
