来年度 = next year; next fiscal year (４月から３月までの年度は会社の場合には「fiscal year」ですが、文脈で意味分かれば「year」だけでも通じます。
状況 = situation; circumstances
今のままで変わらない = will stay the same (今のままで続く）; will remain unchanged （変わらないままで続く）
来年度 - next year (学校の話と思うから学校の場合もnext year）
今 - now
今のまま - same as now, stay the same
