irritate 「イライラする」 What makes you irritated? 例文 What makes you happy? What makes you motivated?

Native speakers will say like this: “What irritates you the most?”. There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used. Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation: A: What irritates you the most? B: I can't stand the sound of open mouth chewing.
“What irritates you the most?” A: What irritates you the most? B: I can't stand the sound of open mouth chewing.

In English we have things called "pet peeves". A pet peeve is something that really gets on your nerves and you can't stand it. We often ask one another What's your pet peeve? My pet peeve is when people eat with their mouths open, I can't stand it! They are usually little things, like getting stuck behind a slow walker or when the water turns off during your shower and you are all soapy:D Or you could ask more simply What is the thing that irritates you the most? Everyone has a thing.. I am irritated the most when my soup is cold:)
"My pet peeve is when people eat with their mouths open, I can't stand it!" "What is the thing that irritates you the most?"(一番イラッとすることは何ですか) みんなありますよね。

"What little things get to you?" is a way of asking someone what situations or things really annoy you or make you mad. "What kind of things irritate you?"this can be used to ask someone to say what makes them irritated possibly things that may not irritate other people. "What gets to you?" this is a more casual way of asking someone to tell you what they think makes them annoyed.
"What little things get to you?" "What kind of things irritate you?" "What gets to you?"
