「余裕を持って」は
with margin と言えば文字通り「余裕をもって」
となりますが
2番目の例のように「万一のため」"just in case"としても伝わるかと思います。
何が万一なのかということで、3番目の例のように具体的に
「週末や祝日を考慮すると」
"considering weekends and national holidays"
などと入れても良いかもしれません。
