「しかも」って英語でなんて言うの？

It's cloudy AND it's cold.

シンプルに「AND」を強調して言うのも「しかも」という雰囲気になります。

「What's more」と「In addition to」の使い方はこうなります：

「今日は曇ってる上に、しかも寒い」
「It's cloudy today and what's more, it's cold.」

「今日は曇ってる上に、しかも寒い」
「In addition to it being cloudy today, it's cold too.」

ネガティブな意味での「しかも」を表すwhat is/was worse「さらに悪いことに」という表現もあります。

It got dark, and what was worse, it began to rain.
「暗くなって、しかも悪いことに、雨まで降り出した」
