Yes you can say big or large to describe a corporation or company but you can also use the word Major to describe it as very big.
"Enterprise" can also be used to mean the same as company or corporation.
'Big corporation/company' is OK but this does not give much detail. Any of the above expressions would indicate the company has a great base of operation and influence around the world.
