「バズる」は英語で go viral と言うことが多いです。
例：
The video has gone viral on social media.
その動画はSNSでバズりました。
viral はもともと「ウイルス性の」という意味の表現ですが（virus：ウイルス）最近ではインターネット上などで「流行りの」という意味で使われるようになりました。
例えば動画なら viral video のような表現はとてもよく聞きます。Top 10 Viral Videos のようなランキングもよく見られます。日本語の「バズる」にとても近いニュアンスかと思います。
日本語でも「バイラルメディア」「バイラルマーケティング」のように言うかと思います。
ちなみに、buzz も make a buzz のように「バズる」という意味で使うこともできます。making a buzz on the internet のように言えます。buzz は「ざわめき（ざわめく）」「うわさ（をする）」のような意味です。
buzzfeed という有名なバイラルメディアも名前に buzz が入ってますね。
