朝日がまぶしいって英語でなんて言うの？

The morning is bright!
朝がまぶしい！

The morning is shining!
朝がまぶしい！

Both 'bright' and 'shining' are of similar meanings, as in something that is blazing or well lit. As to the morning, using those terms makes it seem friendly, and warm.

「目がくらむほどまぶしい」みたいなことを言いたいならこんな表現もできます。
「blind」→「目をくらませる」という意味で使えます。
まぶしい太陽なら「blinding sunlight」

「寝ていて窓から差し込む太陽の光がまぶしくて毎朝目が覚める」ことを伝えたいなら
→I am awoken every morning by the bright sunlight coming through the window.
なんて言うこともできますね。

朝日がまぶしい
The morning sun is bright.

朝日＝morning sun
まぶしい＝bright

単純に朝起きて「まぶしいね！」という場合は「朝日が」と特定しなくても伝わりますので
The sun is shining so brightでも事足りると思います。

少し言い方が違いますが、「朝、日差しがまぶしいです」という言い方もできます。
The sunlight is bright in the morning.
日差し=sunlight
眩しい＝ bright
