It's on the other side of the stationが一番ストレートで分かりやすい言い方です。
後者を例にすると「You'll find the bank on the other side of the station」で、訳すと「銀行は駅の反対側にありますよ」。微妙にカジュアルなニュアンスが足されます。
「駅の反対側にあるけど、少し遠いよ」と距離があって前もって注意するように言いたいときは「It's way on the other side of the station」と言いましょう。
