こんにちは。
Can I ask anything?
何を聞いてもいいですか?
Can it be anything?
なんでもいいんですか?
上記のような言い方ができます。
例:
Teacher: Do you have any other questions?
先生:他に質問ありますか?
Me: Can I ask anything?
何を聞いてもいいんですか?
ぜひ参考にしてください。
「なんでもいいのですか?」は、Can I ask about anything?です。
但し、「なんでも」というと先生も何を質問されるのかドキドキしてしまうかと思いますので、もう少し具体的に言ってもいいですね。
例
Can I ask a personal question? 個人的な質問をしていいですか?
Can I ask about your country? あなたの国について質問していいですか?
どうぞご参考にしてください。^^
I would like to ask you something teacher, are there any restrictions as to what I can ask you?
Are there any boundaries as to what I can ask you teacher?
As regards the questions you may ask your teacher, there may be questions that may not be acceptable as a learning tool. There may be restrictions as to what you can ask your teacher. These restrictions may be laid out already or may be sought out by your teacher who may then tell you what you may or may not ask during the lesson.
So, you may ask your teacher as follows:
Is it OK if I ask about anything under the sun?
or
I would like to ask you something teacher, are there any restrictions as to what I can ask you?
or
Are there any boundaries as to what I can ask you teacher?
学習に最適でないと判断出来るような内容の場合は、聞けない時もありますが、講師に質問する場合は以下のような表現を使ってみてください
Is it OK if I ask about anything under the sun?
(どんなことでも聞いていいんですか?)
I would like to ask you something teacher, are there any restrictions as to what I can ask you?
(質問したいのですが、質問内容に何か制限はありますか?)
Are there any boundaries as to what I can ask you teacher?
(質問できる内容に制限はありますか?)
"Are there any boundaries about what I can and cannot ask you teacher?"
If you were taking part in an Online English lesson and your teacher asked if you had any questions and you want to express if it is ok to ask them anything, you could ask your teacher either of the following: "Is it ok if I ask you anything?" or "Are there any boundaries about what I can and cannot ask you teacher?".
オンライン英会話のレッスンで、先生に「質問はありますか」と聞かれ、「どんな質問でもいいですか」と確認したいということですね。「どんな質問でもいいですか」は次のように言えます。
"Is it ok if I ask you anything?"(何を聞いてもいいですか)
"Are there any boundaries about what I can and cannot ask you teacher?"(何を聞いてもいいですか)
Can I ask you something that is completely unrelated?
Would you mind if I asked you something that has nothing to do with our lesson?
If you say to someone that you want to ask them something completely "unrelated" it means that it doesn't have anything to do with the topic you have discussed previously. It is completely different.
"Would you mind" is a very polite way of starting the question. If it has nothing to do with the topic then you should probably mention this because your teacher might get a surprise that he or she wasn't expecting.
Can I ask you something that is completely "unrelated"?'(全然関係のないこと聞いてもいいですか)は「今まで話していたことと全く関係のないことを聞いてもいいですか」という意味です。「全然違うことを聞く」ということです。
"Would you mind" で始めると、とても丁寧です。全然関係のないことを聞くなら、それについて前もって知らせておいた方がいいでしょうね。でないと、先生もビックリしてしまうかもしれません。
Is it okay to ask you anything?
Can I ask you anything?
Both of these are acceptable and 100% understandable. Good luck with your questions, and hope you get the answers you are looking for.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day.
Will
Is it okay to ask you anything?(何でも聞いていいですか)
Can I ask you anything?(何を聞いてもいいですか)
どちらも間違いなく通じます。頑張って質問してみてください、答えてもらえるといいですね。
参考になれば幸いです。
良い一日を。

1.Please clarify the following for me.
To clarify means to make something clear or more
understandable. If you want the teacher to explain
something that you are unclear about then you can ask
him/her to clarify something for you, i.e. to make you
understand it better.
2.I have a question teacher.
When you make this statement then the teacher will
stop what he/she is saying/doing/explaining and will
allow you time to formulate your question after which
he/she will try to answer as best as they can.
1. Please clarify the following for me.(次の点について説明してもらいたいです)
"Clarify" は「明確にする/分かるようにする」という意味です。分からないところを先生に教えてもらいたいときは、「 "Clarify" してください」のようにお願いできます。
2. I have a question teacher.(先生、質問があります)
このように伝えると、先生はいったんレッスンを止めて、質問を聞いてくれると思います。
Can I ask about anything?
We would use the word 'anything' to describe limitless possibilities in this context. Therefore, to 'ask about anything' would be the verb phrase that describes a limitless possibility of questions. Adding 'okay' at the end of a question gives the recipient the idea that they will either give or deny permission.
Can I ask about anything?(何でも聞いていいのですか)
'anything' はこの場合「あらゆること」を意味します。'to ask about anything' は「あらゆることについて聞く」という意味です。
質問の最後に 'okay?' を加えるのは、相手に許可を求める言い方です。
The first sentence is probably the most direct in translation to ask the teacher if it's alright to ask a question about any kind of subject.
However, to be more specific we can use the word, "unrelated," to describe that you want to ask a question that is not about the topic of the lesson or something that was previously discussed in the lesson.
If you would like to ask your teacher/tutor if you can ask him/her about anything at all, you can say something like "can i ask you anything?" or "can I ask you about anything at all?" these are both easy yet polite ways to ask them if you can ask about anything and is easy to get your message across.
「どんな質問でも構いませんか」と先生に聞きたいということですね。次のように言えます。
"Can I ask you anything?"(何を聞いてもいいですか)
"Can I ask you about anything at all?"(何について聞いてもいいですか)
どちらもシンプルで丁寧な言い方です。
