優勝者には500万円の車の目録が渡されたって英語でなんて言うの？

「目録」は logbook や registration certificate などと言えますよ！

英訳①　be presented with ...で「…をプレゼントされた」、logbook for ...で「…の目録」という意味を表しています。

英訳②　「ゴルフ大会の勝者は500万円相当の車と30万円相当のハワイ旅行を獲得しました。彼／彼女は表彰式で目録と旅程雹を受け取りました」という文です。

英訳③　②でも使われていますが、A worth B で、「Bの価値があるA」という意味になります。

その他の言い方：
- The winner was presented with the registration certificate for a car worth five million yen.

• The winner received the logbook for a car worth five million yen.
