「ネタをバラす」というのは動詞のspoil「台無しにする」を使います。
その先を知ってしまうことで「楽しみを台無しにする」ということです。

直訳「その話の最後をお話ししていい？」
とも言えますね。
ちなみに、ネタをバラす人のことを「spoiler」と言い、
いわゆる「ネタバレ注意！」はspoiler alert と言います。
例えば映画のレビューなどで、「この先を読んだらネタバレだよ、知りたくない人は読まないで」という警告です。

- the word "spoiler" has been used commonly lately when giving away information that the next person might not yet know, in effect ruining the story for them. In this sentence you are asking if it will be okay to share that information.

- is a warning one would give before sharing information that might not be known to the next person.

The 'plot' of the story is what happens in the story so to say 'If i tell you, it might ruin the plot of the story' meaning if they tell you about it, it will give the story away and tells you what happens
To 'spoil' something is to ruin it so basically you would know what happens
