例えば I've heard that story many times before があります。これでもいいですが「何度も聞いてもう飽きた」というニュアンスはそれほど強くないです。
それに対して I've heard that story millions of times と I've heard that story countless times があります。
I've heard that story millions of times は「その話し何百回も聞いた」になります。
I've heard that story countless times は「もう数えきれないぐらい何度も聞いた」になります。どちらも「何度も聞いて、もう飽きた」というニュアンスが強いです。

We all have that friend who repeats a story without remembering that they have "already told us.".
Or perhaps they are being a bit obsessive about a certain topic...
"Going On & On" about it... Ad nauseam" IE repeating things endlessly!
This can be a bit irritating for the listener....

Is a more politer way of referring to this, to use 'Many times' is referring to something happening multiple times.

= その話はもう聞いたことがあると伝えています。ものすごく丁寧というわけではありませんが、意味は伝わります。
"I've heard this many times before"（それは何回も聞きました）
= これはより丁寧な言い方です。'Many times' は「何度も（起きる）」の意味です。
