年中無休って英語でなんて言うの？
飲食店などで入り口に書いてあって、これは英語でなんていうのかなと思いました。

This expression might not be clear about whether or not the place is open on holidays, but it would clearly express that the place is open every day of a normal week. For example, "We're open everyday from 9 AM to 9 PM." They could still be closed on Christmas, though.
