友達間のカジュアルニュアンスで「あの人は他人の悪口が多い」と言いたい場合、私はこういう表現をします：「① He/she talks a lot of s*** about other people.」。意味：「彼/彼女はよく他人の悪口をいう」。
さて、「s***」は何でしょう？悪い言葉なのでここでは書きませんが「糞」で検索していただいたら４文字の単語がでてきます。それです。または同じ意味で「crap」も使えます。
あまりカジュアルではないですが「② He/she is always bad-mouthing others.」も使えます。意訳：「彼/彼女はいつも他人の悪口を言ってる」

bad mouth＝悪口
この言葉は名詞としても動詞としても使えます。例えば：
Sally has a bad mouth＝サリーは口が悪い
ですとbad mouthを名詞として使いますが、動詞で使う場合は：
Sally is unpopular because she bad-mouths all of her coworkers＝サリーは同僚皆の悪口を言うから不人気だ
と言った感じです。悪口と言う意味ですが、「陰口」のように使われる事が多いです。
talk behind someone's back＝陰口を言う
直訳すると「背を向けてる間に話す」ですので、陰口と言う意味になります。例：
Mark and Anthony seem like friends, but they talk behind each other's backs＝マークとアンソニーは仲良く見えてお互いの陰口を言っている
ちょっとスラングになりますが、backstabbingは他人の評判を下げるような害のあることを言う、という時に用いられます。bitchingは人のことのみならず「悪口」で使われますが、to bitch about someone で誰かの悪口を言う、という言い方ができます。
She bitches about her boss too much! という風に、動詞としても使えますよ。

Two-Faced - Someone who is nice to the persons face but speaks bad about them to other people.
"Trash talk" and "Talking behind someones back"
often the most common phrase/expression used for speaking bad about someone to someone else, ex. "Simon was talking behind my back".
"Trash talk"（挑発的な侮辱）と "Talking behind someone's back"（陰口を言う）は、「人の悪口を言う」という意味の最も一般的な言い方です。

"Simon was talking behind my back".

All three of these can be used interchangeably to describe talking about someone in a bad/poor manner, either to their face or, "behind someone's back," if that is the case. There are many ways we can talk about this in English but these are some that come to my mind.
Example sentences :
- I hate when people trash talk about their friends.
- Just because they're not here doesn't mean you can talk about them behind their back's.
- I'm not trying to bad mouth you, I just wanted to share my perspective.

The girl bad mouthed her friend and now they do not like each other.
Saying negative things about other people is a bad thing to do, because it can hurt the target person/peoples feelings and negatively affect their emotions. It is better to be encouraging and uplifting towards other people. If you have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.
If you want to express "talking bad things about other people" there are some expressions that you can use. Here are some options:-
1. Gossiping
2. Talking behind someone's back.
3. Bad mouthing someone.
Gossiping:-
"I don't like to spend a lot of time with her becasue she is always gossiping about others."
2. Talking behind someone's back.:-
"She has a bad reputation, she is known for always talking behind her friends back."
3. Bad-mouthing:-
"He is the worst member of the team, instead of working he spends his time bad-mouthing the other team members."
You can use any of the above two word/phrases to describe people who talk bad about other people.
