「結論」というより、「英語の文では述語（動詞）が先に来る」という内容ですね。

上の英語では the most important part としましたが、実際にはこれでも、述語が後に来る日本語との比較をしないと、言いたいことは伝わらないと思います。

つまり、

The most important factor of a sentence, verb, comes first in English, and details follow.
For example, we say, "I went to a park with yamamoto yesterday for a walk."
In Japanese, however, the part "went to park" is usually put at the end.

のように言う必要があると思います。 また、このように verb（動詞）を入れることになるでしょう。
