英語は主語と動詞が重要な言葉なので、「誰が」[値段](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36967/)を「上げる」という話をしているのか、「値段が」「上がった」という話をするのかで、使うべき言葉が違ってきます。
