「心配だけど、ワクワクしている気持ちの方が強い」の意味です。
「怖い」は「心配、不安」といった感じに近いのかなと思い、nervousで訳しましたが、「怖い」と言いたければscaredでも別に大丈夫です。
あとは、日本語に合わせて２つに分けましたが、シンプルに
I'm more excited than nervous about it.
「不安よりもワクワクの気持ちの方が強いです」
とまとめることもできます。
