世界的に、というのは worldwide
同時に、というのはsimultaneously （副詞）
simultaneous（形容詞）です。
発売、リリース、はrelease なので、それらを組み合わせると
「世界同時配信」はworldwide simultaneous release でよいですね。
文として言うならば、
