私が1時間ほど説明し、残りの時間は質疑応答でした。って英語でなんて言うの？

1 ）Actually not. I explained for an hour, and rest of the time was QA session.
Points:
1 Actually not=違います。
ほぼ"No"と同意ですが、Noだけだとおもしろくないので。。。
2 The rest of the time=「残り時間といういいまわし」
The rest of 〜=「残りの〜」
3 QA session=質疑応答はQA またはQA sessionということが多いです。
海外の会議とかに参加すると、最後に必ずQAの時間があり、会場全体を巻き込みます。

2 ）Not really. My explanation took about one hour, and remaining was QA.
Points:
1 Not really = 「違います」Noとほとんど同義で使うこともあります。
他にもAre you good?「元気？」への返答としてNot really「微妙。。。」となります。
2 remaining=「残り」

I spoke for about an hour and the rest of time was a question time.
約１時間程説明をして残りは質問タイムでした。

「1時間ほど」は for about an hour がぴったりの表現です。
「説明する」という英語は speak の代わりに explained / described　と言ってもいいですね。
