「なぎ倒され」には knocked down が普通な表現となります。
「強風」 は strong winds 又は powerful winds ですが、typhoonやstormを使えば、文脈で強風という意味はもう入っていますので、どれでも大丈夫です。
「全線運休」は the whole/entire road was blocked で表現できますが、交通のこと強調したいなら Traffic in both directions was blocked が良いと思います。
